50 Years of Leadership Development.

Farr Associates turned 50 this year, marking a milestone for its pioneering work in the application of psychological principles in Leadership Development.

The late Dr. James Farr founded Farr Associates in 1956.  It was then that he started teaching several generations of executives and managers that, in order to lead others, they must first understand and be able to lead themselves.
