Senior Organizational Effectiveness Consultant
Primary responsibilities:

Design and deliver Farr’s OE consulting services to our clients including organizational assessment design and delivery, organizational intervention design and application, and team facilitation.

Lead and manage complex OE interventions

Provide solutions that include, but are not limited to, team development, change management, retention improvement, and strategic planning

Travel is required 40 - 60%
The preferred candidate will possess:
- Ph.D. (preferred) or Masters in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Applied Psychology, or related field
- 10 or more years experience in an applied business setting
- Broad range of experience in design and delivery of OE assessments and interventions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build strong collaborative relationships, especially with business executives
- Seasoned, results-oriented consulting skills
- Consultative approach with ability to assess client needs and to develop and deliver OE interventions that address these needs
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Senior Leadership Development Consultant
Primary responsibilities:
- Delivery of our offerings including leadership development workshops, individual leadership assessments and coaching, organizational assessments, and interventions
- Design and Report writing
- Management of complex clients and projects
- Other projects as assigned
- Travel is required
Successful candidates will have:
- Masters or PhD in I/O psychology (preferred), Clinical psychology, Counseling psychology, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in an applied business setting
- Experience in organizational assessment design, organizational intervention design, and organizational intervention applications is preferred
- Experience in behavioral assessment, test interpretation, coaching, facilitation, and design would be helpful
- Strong ability to communicate with business executives, both written and orally
