| Mr. Ernsberger joined Farr Associates as President and Chief Executive Officer in 1997 after serving as Branch Banking and Trust Company’s Manager of the Leadership and Development Department, which provides training and consulting services to the bank’s employees. While there, he guided the redesign of the curriculum in Management, Leadership and Personal Development. Prior to his position at BB&T, Mr. Ernsberger was with First Union Corporation (now Wachovia Corporation) in Since joining Farr Associates, Mr. Ernsberger has transformed the small, family-owned business into one that succeeds at national and international levels by preserving A native of Richmond, Virginia, Mr. Ernsberger is a graduate of Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He is a certified as both a DDI trainer and Power and Systems trainer, and has extensive experience with helping leaders, team, and organizations improve their effectiveness. |

Tracey Gillespie Senior Vice President and Director of Sales & Marketing |
Tracey has served as an Independent Business Advisor and Management Consultant for Value Advisors / Kaleidoscope Business Options. While there she advised private businesses on creating shareholder wealth and developing strategies and tactical action plans to enhance enterprise value. Additionally, she authored a proprietary assessment tool and methodology to resolve growth, business performance, capital, and ownership challenges. Tracey's experience also includes serving as the Director and Senior Vice President of Commercial Loan Syndications of Wachovia Bank (formerly First Union). While at First Union, Tracey held the positions of Senior Principal and Senior Vice President of Capital Strategies Group, Director and Senior Vice President of Corporate Banking, Consultant and Vice President of Training and Development / Organizational Development. |

Steve Swavely, Ph.D. Vice President and Director Leadership Development |
| Dr. Steve Swavely is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience in the areas of clinical psychology, consulting, training and coaching. His unique background includes extensive training and experience in neuropsychology, applied behavioral assessment, business management, and business ownership. After earning his Ph.D. in clinical neuropsychology from Georgia State University, Steve founded and managed the Neuropsychological Assessment Laboratory in the Department of Physical Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina. He also started and managed a large successful private practice, which focused on providing psychological and behavioral assessments within both clinical and business settings. Jerry M. Baumgartner, M.A. Senior Consultant and Psychologist |
| Jerry Baumgartner is a senior consulting psychologist specializing in Executive Coaching. He holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology and is licensed by the North Carolina Psychology Board. Mr. Baumgartner works on both the national and international level coaching senior executives who must improve their leadership effectiveness, are facing challenges in their leadership role, or are going through an on-boarding process. In addition, he works with executive teams, helping them improve their impact on business and financial performance. Mr. Baumgartner's primary role at Farr Associates is as the primary consultant to Farr's largest client, BB&T. In this role Mr. Baumgartner works with the senior executive team, at BB&T, to help improve their organizational impact and to develop an organizational strategy for developing all senior leadership talent and improving team performance bank wide. As a coach Mr. Baumgartner also works with senior executives from organizations such as Halliburton, American Scientific, and Texas Instruments. The coaching he provides promotes continuous improvement of leadership abilities which improves organizational effectiveness for ongoing growth. In the role of a team consultant, Mr. Baumgartner helps teams identify and focus on their top initiatives which most impact and improve business outcomes. |

Denise Green Vice President and Chief Financial Officer |
Denise Green joined Farr Associates in 1997 after working in public accounting at Arthur Andersen LLP for 5 years. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration and a Masters of Accounting. After taking a few years off to raise her family, she returned to Farr Associates as CFO & Operations Manager in 2007.
