Who Should Attend the GEDW?

Participants in the Graduate Executive Development Workshop are those who are ready to build on the leadership development they began in the Senior Level Executive Development Workshop, the Intensive Executive Development Workshop or the Personal Power and Influence Workshop. This is a workshop for those who understand that learning how to lead is a never-ending process.

Overview

The Graduate Executive Development Workshop builds on what those who have participated in the other Farr 5-day workshops have already experienced, and offers a more intense, more personal view of their leadership style and how it affects those around them. The workshop also gives participants useful methods on how they can fine-tune their leadership capabilities and make themselves, and their businesses, more effective.

The Graduate Executive Development Workshop focuses on delving deeper, to include organizational management technologies, detailed peer feedback, and advanced conscious leadership exercises.

What GEDW
Graduates Say:

"I feel the MLD lays the ground work, but the real growth as a person and as a leader was in the GEDW.  If someone makes the commitment through the MLD, they should look at the true return on the investment as both courses one to two years apart."

"The Course is a natural and insightful follow-up to MLD."

"Moves you beyond awareness of you and into awareness of you impacting others."

"The GEDW provided me with a blueprint, both context and visual, which will allow me to develop my leadership abilities."

"It fine tunes your awareness and relates it magnificently to what and how a leader must be aware."

"The door opened at the MLD, and the path to follow became crystal clear at the DEDW."

"A logical follow-on to the MLD."
