Leadership Climate Study

The Leadership Climate Study, is an extremely powerful feedback product and process that allows managers and their teams to obtain the information, that is needed, to assess the impact and effectiveness of their leadership. It is a data-collection vehicle, used in conjunction with a team-building retreat, that serves as the core mechanism for surfacing those challenges to be worked out within the leadership team, as well as those elements to be examined in relation to the company's culture and goals.

The study focuses specifically on issues of communication, delegation, motivation and cooperation, trust, loyalty, team morale, policies, commitment to purpose, and the nature of both individual and team relationships.
